SHIPPING POLICY

DIGITAL PRODUCTS:

Once you have submitted your order, our dwarf forged digital artists will get started creating your specific and unique piece of art. In fact, it can't be more unique, it's YOU so it's as unique as YOU are. Once your custom digital art is complete, we will send you a watermarked version of your custom forge to the email you provided when you placed your order. Along with the watermarked digital image we will ask you to either approve your custom artwork or request a revision. This part of the process usually takes between 3 to 5 business days (not counting holidays). If you approve your forge you can expect your final digital artwork (with no watermark) to be delivered to your inbox within 24 hours of us receiving your approval. If you request a revision of your digital forge your new timeframe will begin from the day we receive your request.

MERCH/TANGIBLE PRODUCTS: (canvas, framed and non-framed poster, ceramic coffee mug, hoodie and/or t-shirt)

Once your custom digital art is complete, we will send you a watermarked version of your custom forge to the email you provided when you placed your order. Along with the watermarked digital image we will ask you to either approve your custom artwork or request a revision. This part of the process usually takes between 3 to 5 business days (not counting holidays). Once you have approved your custom forge and your order included additional merch products (canvas, framed and non-framed poster, ceramic coffee mug, hoodie and/or t-shirt) we will next send you a proof of finished product(s), once you have confirmed this email your order will be processed within 1-3 business days and delivered within 7 to 15 days from the day your order is processed.
