Thy forge, being of digital craft, shall find its way to thee via electronic missive upon its completion. Shouldst thou choose to immortalize thy forge upon canvas, poster, fabric of hoodie, chalice of morning brew (mug), or the tunic of daily wear (t-shirt), allow then 7-14 working days for these items to be birthed in the fires of production. (Your forge will be digital so it will be emailed to you when it’s complete. If you decide to have us put your forge on on a canvass, poster, hoodie, mug or t-shirt that will take 7-14 working days in production.)

Yet, there are times when the essence of a soul may elude capture, not fully aligning with the character envisioned. In such rare instances, fear not, for we stand ready to refine and reforge until the image before thee resonates with perfection, guaranteeing thy satisfaction with the forge is absolute. (Our dwarven artists are incredibly talented and always do an amazing job, however, sometimes your photos just don't match the character and we miss the essence of the person. However, when this happens we are always ready to make revisions until you are 100% happy with your forge.)

Our standard canvas is a bespoke tapestry, wrought by our own hands, that harmonizes with every forge we craft. Its hue shifts, reflecting the palette of each unique creation, ensuring a professional tableau visible in all exemplars upon our portal's threshold. Yet, should thy vision extend beyond this realm, for a tribute, thou art invited to depict the vista of thy desires with meticulous care, and we shall breathe life into thy words, integrating this landscape into thy forge. (The main background used is a custom designed background that we created and works well with all forges. The color of this background varies by the colors created inside the individual forge. This is a very professional background and can be seen on all sample images on the home page. However, for an additional fee you may describe the background you want in full detail and we will create it and add it into your forge.)

Certainly! However, be mindful that conjuring custom backdrops teeming with additional creatures may incur extra charges. Moreover, should you wish to include another soul within thy forge, transforming them alongside thee, the cost for their forge shall mirror that of a new forge for each individual. (Absolutely! Please just be advised that adding custom backdrops with extra creatures may result in additional fees. Also, if you plan on adding another person that is also being forged into your forge the cost for that forge is the same as a new forge for each person.)

Indeed, without question, we impose no shackles upon thy forge; it is thine to wield as thou seest fit, a testament to thy will and imagination. (Yes, absolutely, unlike some we put no restrictions on your forge, it’s yours to do whatever you want with.)

Be thou detailed in thy chronicle of the character thou wisheth to embody, and then entrust the alchemy of transformation unto us. (The more photos the better! We find that the more photos we have to work with the better match we get on the final forge. Just make sure you’re clear about the description of your new character and then leave the rest up to us.)

The finer the parchment or likeness thou providest, the more deftly our artisans can weave thy visage into the tapestry of yonder realm with precision. Yet, should challenges arise in capturing thy essence, rest assured, we shall herald such tidings to thee. (The better quality the photo the easier it will be for our artists to get a more accurate illustration of you on the other side. But don’t worry, we’ll let you know if we’re having any issues.)

(It is the customer's responsibility to specify all details they would like in their order in the order notes. Any details not included in the order notes will be assumed by our artist and will result in additional charges if the customer requires changes. )

Our scrolls are meticulously inscribed at a standard resolution of 3600 pixels by 4800 pixels for portraits, or 4800 pixels by 3600 pixels for landscapes. Upon transformation into the physical realm, the dimensions of thine artifact will align with the chosen product, rendered at a clarity of 300 DPI. Should a different scale be thy wish, simply entrust us with this knowledge within the order notes, and it shall be so. :) (Our standard resolution is 3600 pixels x 4800 pixels (portrait) or 4800 pixels x 3600 pixels (landscape).
